The first voting cycle hasn't opened yet. Members nominate the vendors and compounds they want bought and lab-tested, and the top of the ballot goes to the lab each cycle — no vendor can pay to be tested, skipped, or removed.

Suggestions are deduped automatically and join the next cycle's ballot. Vendors cannot pay to enter, skip, or leave the queue.
